The County of Livingston assumes no liability for in accurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any descriptive material pertaining to the auctioned equipment.

ITEMS ARE BELIEVED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE. ALL KNOWN INFORMATION IS OSED IN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION. BIDDERS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE PLACING A BID.
