*ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITH IN THE 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE RE-LISTED FOR AUCTION AND THE BIDDERS ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.
PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE (Effective 1/1/2026):
All purchase pick-ups will be done through the Information Technology Department and must be scheduled in advance by emailing:

Monday - Friday 10:00 -12:00PM and 3:00 - 4:30pm (Except for Holidays)
Pick-Up location details will be confirmed at time of scheduling.

All sales will include 6% Michigan Sales Tax EXCEPT vehicle sales.
